14-Day Conditional Refund Policy (Please Read Carefully)
At Ecom Launch Pro, our goal is to help you build and launch a successful eCommerce business through practical, step-by-step training. This course focuses on WooCommerce, Dropshipping, Product Hunting, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Scaling Strategies.
By purchasing this course, you acknowledge that you have read the course description and understand exactly what is included. Purchasing the course by mistake, misunderstanding the course content, or expecting a different business model does not qualify for a refund.
No Instant or No-Action Refunds
Refunds will not be granted if:
- You purchase the course and request a refund without completing the training.
- You do not implement the strategies taught in the course.
- You change your mind after purchasing.
- You do not have enough time or interest to complete the course.
- You expect guaranteed profits or instant results.
- You request a refund immediately after enrollment.
- You fail to complete the eligibility requirements listed below.
Refund Eligibility Criteria
A refund request will only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:
1. Complete the Course
You must complete 100% of the course, including all lessons and practical assignments, within 14 days of your purchase.
2. Build & Launch Your Store
You must create and launch a complete WooCommerce store by following the methods taught in the course.
3. Product Hunting & Testing
You must research, upload, and test at least 10 products using the product hunting strategies explained in the course.
4. Run Advertising Campaigns
You must launch advertising campaigns on Facebook and/or TikTok using the techniques demonstrated inside the course.
5. Proof of Implementation
You must provide the following:
- Your WooCommerce store link.
- Links to at least 10 published products.
- Screenshots of your Facebook and/or TikTok Ads Manager.
- Store analytics covering the full 14-day period.
- Proof that you applied the product hunting, pricing, marketing, and optimization strategies taught in the course.
6. No Sales After Full Implementation
If you have completed the entire course, implemented all strategies correctly, tested at least 10 products, actively run your campaigns for 14 days, and still have not generated a single sale, you may request a refund.
7. Refund Request Deadline
Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of your purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
How to Request a Refund
Please provide the following information when requesting a refund:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Purchase Date
- Store URL
- All required implementation proof
Our support team will review your request within 7 business days.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
If the eligibility requirements are not fully met, your refund request will be declined, and your course access will remain active.
